todos los alimentos aguantan el mismo tiempo.<\/p>\n<p>Tienes que tener en cuenta que los hidratos de carbono y los az\u00facares son una fuente importante de<br \/>hongos y bacterias, tambi\u00e9n las grasas, se estropean antes que las prote\u00ednas.<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: red;\"><span style=\"font-size: large;\"><u><b>Pero si debes tener en cuenta procesos a seguir:<\/b><\/u><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: Verdana, sans-serif;\">\u2192 Deben estar bien envueltos en un tupper o envueltos con papel transparente (bien aislados).<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: Verdana, sans-serif;\">\u2192 Etiquetalos, pon la fecha de su elaboraci\u00f3n y lo qu\u00e9 es.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: large;\"><i><u><span style=\"font-family: Verdana, sans-serif;\">Vamos con alimentos de c\u00f3mo los debes congelar.<\/span><\/u><\/i><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: Verdana, sans-serif;\"><br \/><\/span><span style=\"font-family: Verdana, sans-serif;\">&#8211; <b>PAN O MASA LEVADAS<\/b> horneadas (brioches, roscones&#8230;.)<\/span><br \/><span style=\"font-family: Verdana, sans-serif;\">&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; duran en el congelador 3 meses.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: Verdana, sans-serif;\">&#8211; <b>GALLETAS horneadas y masa sin hornear.<\/b><\/span><br \/><span style=\"font-family: Verdana, sans-serif;\">&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; hasta 6 meses, dependen de la cantidad de az\u00facar&nbsp;<\/span><br \/><span style=\"font-family: Verdana, sans-serif;\">que lleve en sus ingredientes a m\u00e1s az\u00facar menos tiempo de la indicada.<\/span><br \/><span style=\"font-family: Verdana, sans-serif;\">Puedes congelarlas con la forma hecha sin hornear separando cada una&nbsp;<\/span><br \/><span style=\"font-family: Verdana, sans-serif;\">con papel de horno para que no se pegen. <\/span><br \/><span style=\"font-family: Verdana, sans-serif;\"><br \/><\/span><span style=\"font-family: Verdana, sans-serif;\">&#8211;<b>MANTEQUILLA<\/b>, ( en nuestro caso una buttercream o una butterswiss)<\/span><br \/><span style=\"font-family: Verdana, sans-serif;\">&nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; sin problema 6 meses , al estar protegida x la case\u00edna.<\/span><br \/><span style=\"font-family: Verdana, sans-serif;\"><br \/><\/span><span style=\"font-family: Verdana, sans-serif;\">&nbsp;&#8211;<b>YOGURT o leche<\/b><\/span><br \/><span style=\"font-family: Verdana, sans-serif;\">&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; por su fermentaci\u00f3n 2 meses y hacerlo en la parte de arriba&nbsp;<\/span><br \/><span style=\"font-family: Verdana, sans-serif;\">de la nevera despacio y con cuidado.<\/span><br \/><span style=\"font-family: Verdana, sans-serif;\"><br \/><\/span><span style=\"font-family: Verdana, sans-serif;\">&#8211;<b> HUEVOS<\/b>.&nbsp;&nbsp;<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: Verdana, sans-serif;\">&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; nunca con c\u00e1scara, por ser poroso y ya que al congelarse y aumentar de volumen podr\u00edan explotar.<\/span><br \/><span style=\"font-family: Verdana, sans-serif;\">Lo ideal es separar las claras de las yemas.<\/span><br \/><span style=\"font-family: Verdana, sans-serif;\">Las yemas batirlas, poner una pizca de az\u00facar (sal si tu elaboraci\u00f3n es salada)<\/span><br \/><span style=\"font-family: Verdana, sans-serif;\">as\u00ed mantienen su textura. <\/span><br \/><span style=\"font-family: Verdana, sans-serif;\">y ponerla en cubiteras de pl\u00e1stico.<\/span><br \/><span style=\"font-family: Verdana, sans-serif;\">Las claras sin hacerlas nada igual a las cubiteras.<\/span><br \/><span style=\"font-family: Verdana, sans-serif;\">Cuando est\u00e9n congeladas las podemos poner en una bolsa de zip, para poderlas<\/span><br \/><span style=\"font-family: Verdana, sans-serif;\">organizarlas bien.<\/span><br \/><span style=\"font-family: Verdana, sans-serif;\">Tambi\u00e9n puedes batirlas todas juntas y congelarlas en un recipiente de pl\u00e1stico.<\/span><br \/><span style=\"font-family: Verdana, sans-serif;\">Para usarlas, descongelarlas en la parte de arriba de la nevera y consumir<\/span><br \/><span style=\"font-family: Verdana, sans-serif;\">en ese mismo d\u00eda.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: Verdana, sans-serif;\">&#8211;<b>BIZCOCHOS, magdalenas, cupcakes, muffins, bunts, brownies, blondies&#8230;.<\/b><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: Verdana, sans-serif;\">&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; 3 meses .Cogelarlos enteros o en porciones bien envueltos.<\/span><br \/><span style=\"font-family: Verdana, sans-serif;\">Se descongelan a temperatura ambiente.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><b><span style=\"font-family: Verdana, sans-serif;\">-FRUTAS&nbsp;<\/span><\/b><br \/><span style=\"font-family: Verdana, sans-serif;\">&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; en trocitos para nuestras elaboraciones, en helado sin descongelar y para<\/span><br \/><span style=\"font-family: Verdana, sans-serif;\">lo dem\u00e1s d\u00e9jalas descongelar encima de un colador para que escurran.<\/span><br \/><span style=\"font-family: Verdana, sans-serif;\"><br \/><\/span><span style=\"font-family: Verdana, sans-serif;\">&#8211;<b>Nata, o un mix vegeta , vegetal o m\u00e1s de 35% de mg<\/b><\/span><br \/><span style=\"font-family: Verdana, sans-serif;\">&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;<\/span><br \/><span style=\"font-family: Verdana, sans-serif;\">&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; 2 meses. Montada&nbsp; o sin montar.<\/span><br \/><span style=\"font-family: Verdana, sans-serif;\"><br \/><\/span><span style=\"font-family: Verdana, sans-serif;\">&#8211; <b>Ganache de chocolate.<\/b><\/span><br \/><span style=\"font-family: Verdana, sans-serif;\"><b>&nbsp; <\/b><\/span><br \/><span style=\"font-family: Verdana, sans-serif;\">&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; 2 meses.<\/span><br \/><span style=\"font-family: Verdana, sans-serif;\"><br \/><\/span><span style=\"font-family: Verdana, sans-serif;\"><br \/><\/span><b><span style=\"font-family: Verdana, sans-serif;\">&#8211; Merengue<\/span><\/b><br \/><span style=\"font-family: Verdana, sans-serif;\"><br \/><\/span><span style=\"font-family: Verdana, sans-serif;\">NO admite la congelaci\u00f3n ya que se pone gomoso y pegajoso porque se humedece.<\/span><br \/><span style=\"font-family: Verdana, sans-serif;\"><br \/><\/span><span style=\"font-family: Verdana, sans-serif;\">&#8211; <b>Las elaboraciones con gelatina<\/b>, ya que pierden consistencia.<\/span><br \/><span style=\"font-family: Verdana, sans-serif;\"><br \/><\/span><span style=\"font-family: Verdana, sans-serif;\">&nbsp;&#8211;<b>El fondant<\/b> tampoco lo debes congelar ya que con los cristales de agua, se reblandece.<\/span><br \/><span style=\"font-family: Verdana, sans-serif;\"><br \/><\/span><span style=\"font-family: Verdana, sans-serif;\"><br \/><\/span><span style=\"font-family: Verdana, sans-serif;\"><br \/><\/span><span style=\"font-family: Verdana, sans-serif;\">Ahora sabes un poco m\u00e1s. Y seguro que congelas en reposter\u00eda m\u00e1s cosas.
