libro maravilloso de Boutique de Pasteler\u00eda: Pasteles, Cupcakes y Otras Delicias Peggy Porschen<\/span><\/span><\/div>\n<\/div>\n<p><b><br \/><\/b><b>* 100gr az\u00facar granillo<\/b><br \/><b>* 100gr de az\u00facar glass<\/b><br \/><b>* 100ml de claras de huevos (3 claras) mejor frescas que pasteurizadas.<\/b><br \/><b>* pizca de sal<\/b><br \/><b>* media cucharadita de cr\u00e9mor t\u00e1rtaro<\/b><br \/><b>* sabores y colores que quer\u00e1is.&nbsp;<\/b><br \/><b><br \/><\/b><span style=\"color: #741b47;\"><i><b>Por qu\u00e9 las claras frescas que pasteurizadas?????<\/b><\/i><\/span><br \/><span style=\"color: #741b47;\"><i><b>Puedes hacerla con las que quieras pero las pasteurizadas est\u00e1n m\u00e1s<\/b><\/i><\/span><br \/><span style=\"color: #741b47;\"><i><b>aguadas y las marcas de las boquillas ni quedan tan marcadas como con<\/b><\/i><\/span><br \/><span style=\"color: #741b47;\"><i><b>las claras de huevo frescas.<\/b><\/i><\/span><\/p>\n<div style=\"clear: both; text-align: center;\"><a href=\"https:\/\/horneandodeseos.es\/wordpress\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/07\/IMG_20180718_200732_532.jpg\" style=\"margin-left: 1em; margin-right: 1em;\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" border=\"0\" data-original-height=\"1600\" data-original-width=\"1200\" height=\"400\" src=\"https:\/\/horneandodeseos.es\/wordpress\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/07\/IMG_20180718_200732_532-225x300.jpg\" width=\"300\" \/><\/a><\/div>\n<p><span style=\"color: #741b47;\"><i><b><br \/><\/b><\/i><\/span>Incorporar el az\u00facar glass poco a poco en forma de lluvia con un colador y batir con movimientos envolventes con una lengua de silicona.<\/p>\n<p>Repartir en cuencos y poner los sabores y colores, y mezclar con much\u00ediiiiisimo cuidado para que no se nos baje el merengue.<\/p>\n<p>Precalentar el horno a 90\u00ba<br \/>Poner nuestro merengue en mangas pasteleras y hacer las formas encima de papel de hornear o en un tapete de silicona.<br \/>Y aqu\u00ed viene lo que siempre os asusta:<br \/><b>HORNEAR DE 2 A 3 HORAS.<\/b><br \/>si los merenguitos en realidad no se hornean se secan en el horno, mucho tiempo a baja temperatura.<br \/>Duran hecho 3 meses en un bote herm\u00e9tico o caja de metal.<\/p>\n<div style=\"clear: both;
