Bizcocho de chocolate y pl\u00e1tano.<\/h1>\n

Hoy tenemos de nuevo este dulce con chocolate.<\/h5>\n

Una buena receta de aprovechamiento.<\/p>\n

Seguro que te pasa como a mi que compras pl\u00e1tanos y cuando se te ponen muy maduros no sabes qu\u00e9 hacer con ellos,<\/p>\n

y no estamos para tirar nada.<\/p>\n

Pues te bizcocho es una gran opci\u00f3n.<\/p>\n

Receta de un f\u00e1cil y rico bizcocho de chocolate y pl\u00e1tano.<\/p><\/div>\n

200gr harina.<\/h5>\n
3 pl\u00e1tanos.<\/h5>\n
2 huevos L<\/h5>\n
120gr de mantequilla derretida.<\/h5>\n
100gr az\u00facar moreno.<\/h5>\n
50gr de az\u00facar normal (grano).<\/h5>\n
40gr de cacao en polvo<\/h5>\n
2 cucharaditas polvo hornear.<\/h5>\n
pizca sal.<\/h5>\n
120gr de gotas de chocolate + unas<\/h5>\n
poquitas para decorar por encima.<\/h5>\n

Receta de bizcocho de chocolate y pl\u00e1tano<\/p><\/div>\n

Precalienta tu horno a 180\u00ba.<\/p>\n

Bate los huevos junto con los az\u00facares.<\/p>\n

Incorpora los pl\u00e1tanos que previamente los has espachurrado con un tenedor para hacerlos pur\u00e9.<\/p>\n

A\u00f1ade la vainilla y bate.<\/p>\n

Tamiza la harina, el cacao, la levadura y la sal y mezcla con la pasta anterior.<\/p>\n

Por \u00faltimo pon las gotas de chocolate e incorpora con una lengua de silicona.<\/p>\n

Pon spray desmoldante en tu molde o en su defecto pincela mantequilla y vuelca todo en el.<\/p>\n

Encima de la masa pon gotas de chocolate.<\/p>\n

Hornea seg\u00fan el tama\u00f1o de tu molde, el m\u00edo es rect\u00e1ngular\u00a0 de 27 x 17, x 4 de alto cm yo lo tube horne\u00e1ndose unos 40 minutos.<\/p>\n

Cuando lo saques del horno parace fr\u00e1gil pero cuando se enfria tiene mucho cuerpo.<\/p>\n
