…me fascinan los bizcochos, son mi debilidad,<\/span><\/p>\n

 bueno junto con  un buen red velvet o un brownie o un coulant de chocolate.<\/span><\/p>\n

Hoy comparto con vosotros un bizcocho de los que se te saltan las l\u00e1grimas.<\/span><\/p>\n

Un bizcocho esponjoso, f\u00e1cil y delicios\u00edsimo. <\/span><\/p>\n

Es muy famoso, del foro de mundo recetas.<\/span><\/p>\n

 Lo pod\u00e9is hacer manualmente con vuestra batidora o con la Thermomix<\/span><\/p>\n

Eso si recordad qu\u00e9  sale un bizcocho muy grande, ideal para compartir,<\/span><\/p>\n

 yo me lo zampar\u00eda entero,<\/span><\/p>\n

os lo aseguro , <\/span><\/p>\n

pero luego me coge cari\u00f1o y que no se quiere ir<\/span><\/p>\n

se me engancha a mis<\/span><\/p>\n

lorcillas y ah\u00ed se queda.<\/span><\/p>\n

Vamos con la receta:<\/span><\/div>\n
<\/div>\n
Ingredientes<\/b> <\/div>\n
<\/div>\n
        <\/div>\n
– 4 huevos<\/div>\n
– 200g de acetite<\/div>\n
– 300gr de leche<\/div>\n
– 500gr de az\u00facar<\/div>\n
– 450gr de harina<\/div>\n
– 2 sobres de levadura<\/div>\n
– una pizca de sal<\/div>\n
– el aroma que queramos, yo uso emulsi\u00f3n de lim\u00f3n  de lorann, una cucharadita y una cucharadita de vainilla en pasta.<\/div>\n
<\/div>\n
 y est\u00e1 de esc\u00e1ndalo.<\/div>\n
<\/div>\n
<\/div>\n
<\/a><\/div>\n
<\/div>\n
 Vamos con la elaboraci\u00f3n<\/div>\n
<\/div>\n

modo tradicional<\/b><\/h4>\n<\/div>\n
\n

<\/h4>\n<\/div>\n
Precalentamos el horno a 180\u00ba<\/div>\n
Batir las yemas de huevo con el az\u00facar.<\/div>\n
 A\u00f1adir el aceite, la leche y la harina con la levadura.<\/div>\n
 Poner la esencia o ralladura de lim\u00f3n si no ten\u00e9is<\/div>\n
Mezclar todo hasta que este uniforme y sin ning\u00fan grumo<\/div>\n
A parte, montar las claras a punto de nieve.<\/div>\n
Incorporar la mezcla anterior a las claras a la masa moviendo de abajo arriba para que no se bajen. <\/div>\n
<\/div>\n
Verter la mezcla en un molde de unos 25cm o 30cm engrasado con spray desenmoldante, el cual no puedo vivir sin el, o en su defecto con mantequilla y harina.<\/div>\n
Ponemos en el horno unos 40-45 minutos seg\u00fan horno y claro est\u00e1 seg\u00fan el molde.<\/div>\n

Para hacerlo con la Thermomix:<\/b><\/h3>\n<\/div>\n
<\/div>\n
Ponemos los huevos, la leche, el aceite de girasol, el az\u00facar  el aroma de lim\u00f3n. y en mi caso la pasta de vainilla Programamos 3 minutos, a velocidad 6. <\/div>\n
Agregamos la harina, la levadura y una pizca de sal.<\/div>\n
 Ponemos posici\u00f3n vaso cerrado y pulsamos 4 veces el bot\u00f3n \u201cTurbo\u201d.<\/div>\n
 Terminamos de mezclarlo todo con la esp\u00e1tula.<\/div>\n

Una cosilla no os aconsejo este bizcocho para las tartas de fondant, es<\/span>
muy jugoso y blandito. <\/span><\/div>\n

Si veis que es muy grande y no sois tan zampa bollos como yo, pod\u00e9is hacer<\/span><\/div>\n
