&nbsp; Ya somos 200 seguidores, no me lo puedo creer.<br \/>Todos los comentarios, seguidores an\u00f3nimos , los que nos visit\u00e1is asiduamenteo solo los que me hab\u00e9is visto una vez, quiero daros las gracias, es muy importante para mi.<br \/>Los que nos dedicamos a esto o cuidamos nuestro blog ,sabemos del tiempo y cari\u00f1o dedicado , pero os aseguro que se ve recompensado d\u00eda a d\u00eda.<\/p>\n<p><\/p>\n<div style=\"clear: both; &nbsp; &nbsp; Ten\u00eda unas ganas tremendas a esta tarta, y &nbsp;esta era la ocasi\u00f3n para festejarlo: <b>The devil\u00b4s food cake<\/b>.<br \/>&nbsp; &nbsp; Es una tarta norteamericana, que se puede hermanar con<a href=\"http:\/\/horneandodeseos.blogspot.com\/2011\/04\/red-velvet-cheescake.html\"> la red velvet<\/a>, una de mis favoritas.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp; &nbsp; Es mi primer layer cake, una tarta con varias capas y altita .<\/p>\n<div style=\"clear: both; text-align: center;\"><a href=\"http:\/\/1.bp.blogspot.com\/-GZQw38V5vJs\/ToA4NxbW7nI\/AAAAAAAAAVc\/cQ4lfvYIyog\/s1600\/2+copia.jpg\" style=\"margin-left: 1em; text-align: center;\"><\/div>\n<div style=\"clear: both; text-align: center;\">&nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp;De sabor es de un chocolate intenso y h\u00famedo, nada pesada ni dulce ya que lo suaviza el relleno simple de la nata.<\/div>\n<div style=\"clear: both; text-align: center;\">Contrasta muy bien esta cobertura de queso , un poco amarga del chocolate, que se unta de maravillas el bizcocho.<\/div>\n<div style=\"clear: both; text-align: center;\">Pero de cu\u00e1ntos chocoadictos me he acordado haci\u00e9ndola y com\u00edendola jajajjajaja.&nbsp;<\/div>\n<div style=\"clear: both; text-align: center;\"><\/div>\n<div style=\"clear: both; text-align: center;\"><a href=\"http:\/\/4.bp.blogspot.com\/-WWZn1UDfqS0\/ToPW6lwxRoI\/AAAAAAAAAVg\/SFnqwtjltl4\/s1600\/abierta+copia.jpg\" style=\"margin-left: 1em; text-align: center;\"><\/div>\n<div align=\"left\" style=\"clear: both; text-align: center;\">Que pinta, deciros que yo sola me he comido m\u00e1s de un tercio de tarta, si es que hay que hacer los controles de calidad, y quer\u00eda tenerlo bien claro jajajjaja.<\/div>\n<div align=\"left\" style=\"clear: both; text-align: center;\"><\/div>\n<div align=\"left\" style=\"clear: both; text-align: center;\">Os cuento la recetilla:<\/div>\n<div align=\"left\" style=\"clear: both; text-align: center;\">Os aconsejo que lo hag\u00e1is con tazas de medir, m\u00e1s o menos os pongo equivalencia en gramos.<\/div>\n<div align=\"left\" style=\"clear: both; text-align: center;\"><\/div>\n<div align=\"left\" style=\"clear: both; text-align: center;\"><b>el bizcocho de chocolate:&nbsp;<\/b><\/div>\n<ul>\n<li align=\"left\" style=\"clear: both; text-align: center;\">1 12 tazas de az\u00facar morena ( unos 300 gr)<\/li>\n<li align=\"left\" style=\"clear: both; text-align: center;\">13 taza de cacao en polvo ( 30 gr)<\/li>\n<li align=\"left\" style=\"clear: both; text-align: center;\">1 taza de leche ( 200 ml)<\/li>\n<li align=\"left\" style=\"clear: both; text-align: center;\">90gr de chocolate negro troceado, el m\u00edo era del 70%<\/li>\n<li align=\"left\" style=\"clear: both; text-align: center;\">125 gr de mantequilla<\/li>\n<li align=\"left\" style=\"clear: both; text-align: center;\">1cucharadilla de esencia de vainilla<\/li>\n<li align=\"left\" style=\"clear: both; text-align: center;\">2 huevos, separadas las claras de las yemas<\/li>\n<li align=\"left\" style=\"clear: both; text-align: center;\">1 12 de harina<\/li>\n<li align=\"left\" style=\"clear: both; text-align: center;\">1 cucharadita de bicarbonato.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<div align=\"left\" style=\"clear: both; text-align: center;\"><\/div>\n<div align=\"left\" style=\"clear: both; text-align: center;\"><b>El glaseado:<\/b><\/div>\n<ul>\n<li align=\"left\" style=\"clear: both; text-align: center;\">100gr de chocolate negro , el m\u00edo de cobertura del mercadona.<\/li>\n<li align=\"left\" style=\"clear: both; text-align: center;\">100gr de queso crema tipo philadelphia.<\/li>\n<li align=\"left\" style=\"clear: both; text-align: center;\">60gr de mantequilla<\/li>\n<li align=\"left\" style=\"clear: both; text-align: center;\">2 cucharadas de alm\u00edbar espeso, si se tiere karo se puede sustituir..<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<div align=\"left\" style=\"clear: both; text-align: center;\"><b>El relleno:<\/b><\/div>\n<ul>\n<li align=\"left\" style=\"clear: both; text-align: center;\">500 ml de nata para montar fr\u00eda<\/li>\n<li align=\"left\" style=\"clear: both; text-align: center;\">2cucharadas de az\u00facar glas<\/li>\n<li align=\"left\" style=\"clear: both; text-align: center;\">2 sobres de estabilizante de nata.&nbsp;<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<div align=\"left\" style=\"clear: both; text-align: center;\"><u><i>Elaboraci\u00f3n:&nbsp;<\/i><\/u><\/div>\n<div align=\"left\" style=\"clear: both; text-align: center;\">Precalentamos el horno a 160\u00ba.<\/div>\n<div align=\"left\" style=\"clear: both; text-align: center;\">Engrasamos dos moldes profundosde unos 18 cm, y forramos el fondo con papel de horno. Yo como no ten\u00eda dos moldes iguales, compr\u00e9 tres moldes desechables de aluminio,que ser\u00e1n de unos 20cm, sale un pel\u00edn m\u00e1s bajito pero de m\u00e1s di\u00e1metro y les dia con el spray desenmoldable d\u00fcbor.<\/div>\n<div align=\"left\" style=\"clear: both; text-align: center;\"><\/div>\n<div align=\"left\" style=\"clear: both; text-align: center;\">&nbsp;Poner en un cazo a fuego lento poner &nbsp;100gr de az\u00facar moreno, el cacao, mantequilla&nbsp; y la leche, hasta que se disuelvan.<\/div>\n<div align=\"left\" style=\"clear: both; text-align: center;\">Retirar del fuego y agregar el chocolate y removemos hasta que se disuelva.<\/div>\n<div align=\"left\" style=\"clear: both; text-align: center;\">Dejamos enfriar.<\/div>\n<div align=\"left\" style=\"clear: both; text-align: center;\">En un cuenco con la batidora de las barillas, ponemos el resto del az\u00facar y la vainilla, hasta tener una crema ligera y suave.<\/div>\n<div align=\"left\" style=\"clear: both; text-align: center;\">Incorporamos las yemas de huevo y la mezcla anterior del chocolate enfriado.<\/div>\n<div align=\"left\" style=\"clear: both; text-align: center;\">Batimos todo muy bien.<\/div>\n<div align=\"left\" style=\"clear: both; text-align: center;\">A\u00f1adimos la harina con el bicarbonato tamizados.<\/div>\n<div align=\"left\" style=\"clear: both; text-align: center;\">Montamos las claras a punto de nieve e incorporamos con todo lo anterior a movimientos envolventes.<\/div>\n<div align=\"left\" style=\"clear: both; text-align: center;\">Repartimos la mezcla en los moldes que ten\u00edamos preparados.<\/div>\n<div align=\"left\" style=\"clear: both; text-align: center;\">Hay que intentar poner la misma cantidad en cada molde para que queden parecidos al corte.<\/div>\n<div align=\"left\" style=\"clear: both; text-align: center;\"><\/div>\n<div style=\"clear: both; text-align: center;\"><a href=\"http:\/\/3.bp.blogspot.com\/-1vuBBJ9iFP0\/ToQGubooR2I\/AAAAAAAAAVk\/a3VzQOfgnbo\/s1600\/moldes.JPG\" style=\"margin-left: 1em; margin-right: 1em;\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" border=\"0\" src=\"http:\/\/3.bp.blogspot.com\/-1vuBBJ9iFP0\/ToQGubooR2I\/AAAAAAAAAVk\/a3VzQOfgnbo\/s400\/moldes.JPG\" height=\"300\" width=\"400\" \/>&nbsp;<\/a><\/div>\n<div style=\"clear: both; text-align: center;\"><\/div>\n<div align=\"left\" style=\"clear: both; text-align: center;\">Llevar al horno unos 15 minutos, seg\u00fan horno, pincharlos para comprobar su cocci\u00f3n.<\/div>\n<div align=\"left\" style=\"clear: both; text-align: center;\">Dejamos reposar en los moldes 5 minutillos antes de desmoldar.<\/div>\n<div align=\"left\" style=\"clear: both; text-align: center;\"><\/div>\n<div align=\"left\" style=\"clear: both; text-align: center;\">Montamos la nata con todo lo junto, estabilizante y az\u00facar, y reservamos.<\/div>\n<div align=\"left\" style=\"clear: both; text-align: center;\"><\/div>\n<div align=\"left\" style=\"clear: both; text-align: center;\">El glaseado:<\/div>\n<div align=\"left\" style=\"clear: both; text-align: center;\"><\/div>\n<div align=\"left\" style=\"clear: both; text-align: center;\">Ponemos mantequilla y queso juntos batimos con las barillas hasta que se queden manejables.<\/div>\n<div align=\"left\" style=\"clear: both; text-align: center;\">Incorporamos el chocolate derretido en el micro m\u00e1s el az\u00facar. Si no tenemos la consistencia adecuada para untar la tarta ,podemos poner poco a poco alguna cucharada de leche.&nbsp;<\/div>\n<div align=\"left\" style=\"clear: both; text-align: center;\"><\/div>\n<div style=\"clear: both; text-align: center;\"><a href=\"http:\/\/4.bp.blogspot.com\/-RI-lEmofrPQ\/ToQISlNPTFI\/AAAAAAAAAVo\/bkX9hCI-98M\/s1600\/corte+copia.jpg\" style=\"margin-left: 1em; margin-right: 1em;\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" border=\"0\" src=\"http:\/\/4.bp.blogspot.com\/-RI-lEmofrPQ\/ToQISlNPTFI\/AAAAAAAAAVo\/bkX9hCI-98M\/s640\/corte+copia.jpg\" height=\"480\" width=\"640\" \/><\/a><\/div>\n<div align=\"left\" style=\"clear: both; text-align: center;\"><\/div>\n<div align=\"left\" style=\"clear: both; text-align: center;\"><\/div>\n<div align=\"left\" style=\"clear: both; text-align: center;\"><\/div>\n<div align=\"left\" style=\"clear: both; text-align: center;\">Es una tarta muy rica, el \u00fanico inconveniente es que &nbsp;es de las recetas que hay que fregar muchos cuencos, pero piensas en la delicia que vas a probar, y fregas hasta los platos del vecino \ud83d\ude09<\/div>\n<div align=\"left\" style=\"clear: both; text-align: center;\"><\/div>\n<div align=\"left\" style=\"clear: both; text-align: center;\">Deciros que&nbsp; millones de gracias &nbsp;por&nbsp; estar aqu\u00ed conmigo juntitos horneando muuuuchos deseos.
