Con David hicimos unos brownies de oreos deliciosisimos, pero l\u00e1stima que no pueda ense\u00f1\u00e1rolos, est\u00e1ban tan ricos que cuando quisimos hacer fotos hab\u00edan volado.<\/div>\n<div align=\"justify\">Pero no pasa nada, la excusa perfecta para volver a hacerlos&#8230;<\/div>\n<div align=\"justify\"><\/div>\n<div align=\"justify\" style=\"clear: both; text-align: center;\"><a href=\"http:\/\/2.bp.blogspot.com\/-nU5F8viohhQ\/Tlu2yfIxFpI\/AAAAAAAAATM\/0DtKULXdiGY\/s1600\/2.JPG\" style=\"margin-left: 1em; margin-right: 1em;\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" border=\"0\" height=\"416\" src=\"http:\/\/2.bp.blogspot.com\/-nU5F8viohhQ\/Tlu2yfIxFpI\/AAAAAAAAATM\/0DtKULXdiGY\/s640\/2.JPG\" width=\"640\" \/><\/a><\/div>\n<div align=\"justify\"><\/div>\n<div align=\"justify\">&nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp;Con mi sobrina Maite tuvimos una tarde culinaria, extradulcecisimadeliciosa, si esa palabra&nbsp; existe.<\/div>\n<div align=\"justify\">Me lo pas\u00e9 de maravillas haciendo varias cositas, muffins starbucks, bizcocho de algod\u00f3n de az\u00facar&#8230; y estas galletas tan facil\u00edsimas como ricas.<\/div>\n<div align=\"justify\">&nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp;Aunque son&nbsp; archiconocidas, las &nbsp;deb\u00eda tener aqu\u00ed guardaditas.<\/div>\n<div align=\"justify\"><\/div>\n<div style=\"clear: both; text-align: center;\"><a href=\"http:\/\/1.bp.blogspot.com\/-kiKd8VPvSRg\/Tlu27BJitfI\/AAAAAAAAATQ\/wcyX9A-Ev9U\/s1600\/1.JPG\" style=\"margin-left: 1em; margin-right: 1em;\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" border=\"0\" height=\"480\" src=\"http:\/\/1.bp.blogspot.com\/-kiKd8VPvSRg\/Tlu27BJitfI\/AAAAAAAAATQ\/wcyX9A-Ev9U\/s640\/1.JPG\" width=\"640\" \/><\/a><\/div>\n<div align=\"justify\"><\/div>\n<div align=\"justify\"><\/div>\n<div align=\"justify\">&nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp;Hace como un a\u00f1o que las descubr\u00ed en el foro de mundorecetas &nbsp;de la mano de <a href=\"http:\/\/www.recetariocanecositas.com\/?p=526\">canelona<\/a>, pero qui\u00e9n nos las di\u00f3 a comocer fue Maktub, otra compa\u00f1era que ese era su nick&#8230;.., y ella a su vez de un libro de Nancy Baggett.&nbsp;<\/div>\n<div align=\"justify\"><\/div>\n<div align=\"justify\">La recetilla:&nbsp;<\/div>\n<div align=\"justify\"><\/div>\n<div align=\"justify\">Ingredientes:<\/div>\n<div align=\"justify\">250 gr. chocolate negro<br \/>55 gr. de mantequilla<br \/>100 gr de az\u00facar<br \/>2 huevos medianos<br \/>210 gr. de harina<br \/>\u00bd cucharadita de levadura Royal<br \/>1 pizca de sal<br \/>1 cucharadita de vainilla en polvo (yo le puse de az\u00facar vainillada )<br \/>az\u00facar glass (para rebozarlas )<\/div>\n<div align=\"justify\"><\/div>\n<div align=\"justify\"><b>m\u00e9todo tradicional<\/b>:<\/p>\n<p>Fundir el chocolate con la mantequilla al ba\u00f1o mar\u00eda o bien en el microondas&nbsp;<\/p><\/div>\n<div align=\"justify\">Batir el az\u00facar con los huevos hasta que doblen el volumen .<\/div>\n<div align=\"justify\">A\u00f1adir el az\u00facar vainillado , la mezcla de chocolate y mantequilla.<br \/>En un bol tamizar el harina con la levadura y la sal . A\u00f1adir a la mezcla anterior, sin trabajarla demasiado, solo hasta que est\u00e9n unidas<br \/>Poner en el frigor\u00edfico durante 1 hora.<br \/>Formar peque\u00f1as bolas y pasar por az\u00facar glass hasta que est\u00e9n bien cubiertas. Ponerlas en la placa del horno con papel sulfurizado algo separadas.<br \/>&nbsp;Precalentar el horno a 170\u00ba C. y hornear hasta que se craquelen . entre 8 y 10 minutos .Seg\u00fan horno.<\/div>\n<div align=\"justify\"><\/div>\n<div align=\"justify\">&nbsp;No tener m\u00e1s tiempo o se endurecen Pasarlas a una rejilla , estar\u00e1n blanditas , pero se quedan m\u00e1s durillas al enfriarse . Cuidado que se queman enseguida y se secan por dentro.<br \/>Al sacarlas del horno tienen que estar blanditas por fuera que en un ratito endurecen.&nbsp;<\/div>\n<div align=\"justify\"><\/div>\n<div align=\"justify\"><b>Con Thermomix:<\/b><\/div>\n<div align=\"justify\"><b>&nbsp;<\/b> Fundir el chocolate al ba\u00f1o mar\u00eda o al microondas . A\u00f1adir la mantequilla y mezclar .<br \/>&nbsp;Poner en el vaso los huevos y el az\u00facar , colocar la mariposa y mezclar 6 minutos a velocidad 3 , hasta que doblen el volumen y adquieran un tono p\u00e1lido .<br \/>&nbsp;Tamizar la harina sobre un bol , con la levadura y la sal .<br \/>&nbsp;Quitar la mariposa y a\u00f1adir la harina tamizada al vaso , mezclar llevando el mando a velocidad 3 1\/2 , 2 o 3 veces , hasta que quede una masa homog\u00e9nea .<br \/>&nbsp;Poner la masa en el frigor\u00edfico durante una hora .<br \/>&nbsp;Formar peque\u00f1as bolas y pasar por az\u00facar glass .<br \/>&nbsp;Ponerlas separadas sobre una bandeja de horno .<br \/>&nbsp;Precalentar el horno a 170\u00ba C. y hornear hasta que se craquelen . entre 8 y 10 minutos .&nbsp;<\/div>\n<div align=\"justify\">No tener m\u00e1s tiempo o se endurecen.<\/div>\n<div align=\"justify\">Pasarlas a una rejilla , estar\u00e1n blanditas , pero se endurecen al enfriarse .&nbsp;<\/div>\n<div align=\"justify\"><\/div>\n<div align=\"justify\">Para mi gusto prefiero para el rebozado el az\u00facar industrial al triturado por la thermo pero como quer\u00e1is.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp;Os dejo con unos atardeceres m\u00e1s bonitos que he visto este verano, jajjaaj por lo menos para mi, de mi pueblo.<\/p>\n<div style=\"clear: both; text-align: center;\"><a href=\"http:\/\/1.bp.blogspot.com\/-oTz-yHHizag\/TlvHizDaGLI\/AAAAAAAAATg\/bV_FhKE5gKg\/s1600\/1.JPG\" style=\"margin-left: 1em; margin-right: 1em;\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" border=\"0\" height=\"480\" src=\"http:\/\/1.bp.blogspot.com\/-oTz-yHHizag\/TlvHizDaGLI\/AAAAAAAAATg\/bV_FhKE5gKg\/s640\/1.JPG\" width=\"640\" \/><\/a><\/div>\n<\/div>\n<div align=\"justify\"><\/div>\n<div align=\"justify\">&nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; Besitos y seguid horneando deseos. &nbsp;<\/div>\n<div align=\"justify\"><\/div>\n<div align=\"justify\"><\/div>\n<div align=\"justify\" style=\"clear: both; text-align: center;\"><\/div>\n<div align=\"justify\" style=\"clear: both; text-align: center;\"><\/div>\n<div align=\"justify\"><\/div>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>&nbsp;&nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; Este verano he cocinado con mis sobrinos, con los mayores.
