Esta recetilla tan riquisima la hago con la Themo y sale de esc\u00e1ndalo, es de una compi del foro de mundorecetas asj<\/a> ella hizo sus tuneos de ricor y acert\u00f3 de lleno.<\/p>\n

<\/a><\/div>\n
– 3 huevos
– 250 Gr. de az\u00facar
– La ralladura de un lim\u00f3n
– 200 gr de aceite de oliva suave
– 50 gr. de zumo de naranja
– 250 gr de leche
– 400 gr de harina
– 3 sobres de gasificante papel blanco
– 3 sobres de gasificante papel azul
– Un poco de az\u00facar y canela para espolvorear por encima<\/p>\n

Preparaci\u00f3n<\/p>\n

-Pulverizar el az\u00facar 10 seguidos a velocidades progresivas 5-10.<\/p>\n

– A\u00f1adir la ralladura del lim\u00f3n. Poner lo huevos y programar 3 minutos, temperatura 37\u00ba y velocidad 2.<\/p>\n

– Quitar la temperatura y poner 3 minutos mas a velocidad 2.<\/p>\n

– Echar el aceite, el zumo de naranja y la leche y batir 15 segundos a velocidad 3.<\/p>\n

– A\u00f1adir la harina y lo sobre de gasificantes y dar 6 golpes de turbo.<\/p>\n

– Verter la mezcla en un molde untado con aceite y un poco de harina o forrado con papel vegetal.<\/p>\n

– Mezclar un poco de az\u00facar y canela y espolvorear la coca por encima.<\/p>\n

– Meter al horno precalentado a 180 grados durante 25 minutos (seg\u00fan horno).<\/a><\/div>\n
