Estos son sin duda mis favoritos con el frosting de queso... ya se salen, he usado la misma receta que uso para la tarta  red velvet y rellené los papelitos, Teniéndolo en el horno unos 15 -20 minutos a 180º según horno, deben quedar jugositos.

Con la ayuda de un quita corazones de manzana, quitamos un cachito del copete y reservamos.
Se lo volvemos a poner el trocito del cupcake reservado , y ponemos el frosting por encima con boquilla, con una espátula como queramos y decorar al gusto.
Yo le puse azúcar roja que teñí con colorante alimenticio. 
Y mirad la pinta que tiene al partirlo ,este no se me escapa ,me lo pido…. p´la saca. 😉
